Mobile Workshop

How does it work?

After you book a service online, via email, or by phone, your bike is collected from your location and serviced at a non-customer-facing workshop before being delivered back to you in perfect working order.

That’s how it runs while the van workshop is being built.

Pick-up and drop-off service is free for Blenheim and comes with a small fee of $10 for Renwick and $15 for collection from Picton.

A call-out fee of $45 applies to all locations if you’re only requesting a quote after an on-site inspection, with no service carried out at the time. However, if you proceed with the repair based on the quote, this fee will be waived and not included in the final cost.

How much does your service cost?

We are a results-oriented workshop where we listen to your concerns and commit to cost-effective solutions. All jobs are fairly priced based on an hourly rate, and you will only be charged for actual service rather than just ticking checkboxes. If your bike is in good shape and only needs minor tuning, that’s exactly what you’ll pay for—instead of a 1.5+ hour labor charge regardless of the bike’s condition.

Bikes are always checked and test-ridden first, followed by a detailed quote and report.

Labour: $90.00 per hour + consumables

A typical service costs around $150, but the final price depends on the actual work needed. You'll always get a clear estimate before we start

Do you service eBikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, kids' bikes, and high-end performance bikes?

We service all types of bikes. Whether it’s a daily commuter, a rugged trail beast, or a top-tier race bike, we apply the same attention to detail and expertise.

Our approach is simple: we assess each bike individually, provide a clear and honest quote, and only do the work that’s actually needed. From minor adjustments to full overhauls, we make sure your bike runs at its best—no unnecessary repairs, no inflated labor charges, just solid, professional service.
